Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support our dialysis treatment team. The role focuses on patient care, infection control, and education under RN supervision. Training is provided through a 12‑week program with a preceptor.

Shifts are full-time, four 10‑hour days starting at 5am, with Sundays off and no overnight work. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and a strong mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT and/or phlebotomy skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff during dialysis treatment.
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document changes.
