Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring Patient Care Technicians to support our nonprofit mission, delivering compassionate dialysis care in a clinic setting. The role includes a 36-hour week schedule with early morning shifts and paid training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• DCI provides a 3-month education program and pays for national certification.

Responsibilities

• Infection control and patient education participation.
• Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan.
• Record vital signs and monitor during treatment.
• Under RN supervision.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns to charge nurse.
• Record patient weight loss to reach dry weight.
• Prioritize care and manage workload.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional relationships.
• Maintain and track inventory.
• Perform laboratory work.
