Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support the dialysis treatment team. You will assist with setup, monitoring, and patient education under RN supervision in a high‑quality care setting.

The role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule of four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5am, with Sundays off. Prior dialysis experience is not required, and your presence helps ensure patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• CNA/EMT/medical assistant/phlebotomy skills desired.
• Training program provided by DCI.

Responsibilities

• Infectious disease control and patient education participation.
• Guide new patients through a 120‑day education plan.
• Record vitals and machine readings during treatment.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of dialysis blood system.
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns to RN/charge nurse.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional working relationships.
