Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to deliver dialysis treatment and support patient care throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include preparing and operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients, and ensuring safety and compliance with protocols. CPR certification and state requirements will be pursued as part of ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare passion and patient care mindset required.
• Experience in dialysis/phlebotomy/CNA a plus.
• Comfort with mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Prepare machines, clean/disinfect after treatments, and log safety checks.
