Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to be part of a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment and patient care under RN or CN supervision.

You will assist with patient stats, initiate and monitor treatments, and collect samples per physician orders. Responsibilities include preparing machines for hemodialysis, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, performing safety checks, and logging results for quality control while following all protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and conduct safety checks.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies, state/federal regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
