Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional dialysis team. You will assist with patient care, monitor vitals, and support nurses in treatment delivery.

We offer training through USRC's program, CPR requirement, and credentials support. All part-time staff receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: Work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment, including vitals, initiating/monitoring/terminating treatment and collecting blood samples.
• Safety & Quality: Prepare machines, disinfect, perform safety checks, and follow protocols and regulations with proper PPE.
• Partnership: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under supervision of a Charge Nurse, following company policies and participating in staff meetings and education.
