Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare exposure in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a healthcare setting and care for patients.
• Ability to safely mix chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions, including monitoring and assisting with treatment.
• Prepare, disinfect, and safe-operate dialysis machines; perform safety checks and log results.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and comply with policies and regulations.
