Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients in our Texas centers. Under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, you will assist with treatments, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to safe, quality care delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, following safety protocols, and participating in team meetings and ongoing education to support patient assessments and care planning.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions.
• Maintain machine safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to support patient treatment plans.
