Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up the hemodialysis machine.

Building trust and compassionate support are essential to improve patients' quality of life. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, a desire to care for people, and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
