Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record vitals, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, dialysis experience, and the appropriate certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state equivalents, plus BLS/CPR).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Record stats and operate hemodialysis equipment.
• Assist with cannulation and patient observations.
