Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats during dialysis.
• Initiate cannulation when appropriate.
• Provide patient observations throughout dialysis sessions.
• Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and operation.
