Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, assist with cannulation, and help with hemodialysis machine setup.

High school diploma required; current BLS/CPR and state PCT certifications (BONENT, NNCC, NNCO) preferred. Must be comfortable with blood and needles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure safety throughout treatment.
