Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients before, during, and after dialysis. You will monitor patients, record stats, assist with cannulation, and set up dialysis machines, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to work around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification along with state- or national-recognized PCT certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO).

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats during dialysis.
• Initiate cannulation.
• Perform patient observations.
• Assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
