US Renal Care in Fort Worth is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering safe and high-quality dialysis care. You will work under an RN or Charge Nurse, perform patient-focused care, monitor treatment, and collect samples as ordered.

Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning dialysis machines, maintaining logs, and ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards. Training will be provided within 8 weeks, with CPR required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire or as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions, including gathering stats before/after treatment and assisting with treatment initiation, monitoring, and blood sample collection.
• Prepare dialysis machines, disinfect between treatments, and perform machine safety checks per quality protocols.
• Adhere to safety policies, use PPE, participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision and follow state/federal regulations.
