Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support the dialysis treatment process and assist the clinical staff.

The role involves infection control, patient education, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of dialysis equipment under RN supervision. The position offers full-time shifts starting early morning (4am) with Sundays off, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a mission-driven culture dedicated to patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
• CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT and/or phlebotomy skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in infection control and patient education activities.
• Guide new patients through education plans.
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Work under RN supervision and assist with dialysis setup and teardown.
• Monitor patients during treatment and communicate concerns to the charge nurse.
• Maintain patient privacy and maintain inventory and supplies.
• Perform laboratory work as needed.
