Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support our nonprofit mission and provide top-quality kidney care. The role includes participating in infection control, educating patients, and assisting the dialysis team in delivering prescribed treatments.

Full-time schedule features four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30am with Sundays off and no overnight shifts. Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT and/or phlebotomy skills desired.

Aufgaben

• Participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities.
• Guide new patients through education plan.
• Record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Operate under RN supervision and prepare dialysis system.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system; insert/remove access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document changes.
