Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

A High School diploma, BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-certified credential, and BLS/CPR are required, along with prior dialysis experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people; comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Certification from BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved.
• Previous dialysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record stats.
• Initiate cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Develop deep relationships with patients to improve quality of life.
