Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to monitor and support patients undergoing dialysis for ESRD. You will measure vital stats, initiate cannulation, observe patient condition, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup, delivering compassionate and precise care.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs need BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state) certification and ongoing patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide high-quality patient care and develop strong patient relationships.
