Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

The role involves delivering safe care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up equipment, and educating patients on kidney health.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
