Job summary

DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care, is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients in outpatient dialysis clinics. Under RN supervision, you’ll deliver direct, compassionate care during dialysis treatments and help patients through life-sustaining therapy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to float between local clinics, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Comfortable around blood, needles and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
