Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care, monitor patients, set up and maintain equipment, and record vital signs. You will educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses and the care team to support patient well‑being.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
