Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

You will work with nurses and the care team to deliver safe dialysis, monitor patients, set up equipment, and educate patients on treatment and kidney health.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
