Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients, with supervision from the Clinical Educator and team leaders.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and dialysis therapies.
• Direct and support daily dialysis care with RN supervision of patient care staff.
