Job summary

Qualifications

Entry level RN with minimum of 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities for dialysis care.
Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary team and document care.
Willingness to lead and mentor staff when required.

Responsibilities

Performs systematic collection and analysis of patient data during hemodialysis and documents in medical record.
Collaborates with team to plan and adjust care as needed.
Educates patient and family on care plans and treatment options.
Administers medications as prescribed or by approved algorithm and documents effectiveness.
