Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) RN to provide coordinated care for patients in the outpatient setting. You will participate in teaching, leadership activities, and quality improvement within the ESKD team.

The role supports an environment with no on-call requirements and offers paid training and growth opportunities as part of the CAP pathway. This position emphasizes patient education and team collaboration in a dialysis clinic setting.

Qualifications

• RN with license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Coordinate and document patient data pre-, during-, and post-hemodialysis.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Lead or support with staff training and orientation as assigned.
• Ensure proper lab collection, processing and shipping procedures.
