Qualifications

• Current CPR and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing patient assessment and coordinate care for dialysis patients.
• Assist with hemodialysis treatments and monitor treatment parameters.
• Provide patient and family education alongside the care team.
• Delegate tasks to PCTs/LPNs as directed by supervision.
