Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state nursing license.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates, and evaluates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients during outpatient hemodialysis.
• Documents patient data and adjusts the treatment plan as indicated, with proper communication to the team.
• Educates patients and families about learning needs and care plans.
• Directs safe, effective delivery of dialysis therapy in collaboration with care staff and administers prescribed medications.
