Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in outpatient settings seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP 1). The nurse will provide and coordinate quality care, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients within the ESKD care team.

Responsibilities include data collection, dialysis delivery, patient education, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and document in patient medical records.
• Monitor dialysis treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care requirements.
• Administer medications per approved protocols and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and mentor other staff.
• Ensure proper lab collection, processing, and shipping procedures.
