Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess, document patient data during dialysis and adjust the care plan.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs related to treatment.
• Direct daily delivery of hemodialysis therapy with staff collaboration.
• Administer medications per protocol and document outcomes.
