Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation in collaboration with the care team.

Required are an active state RN license and CPR/BLS. While 9 months RN experience and 3 months dialysis exposure are preferred, the role focuses on education, leadership within the team, and adherence to policies and safety

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active state RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements for the employed state.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plan with the care team.
• Educate patient and family on care and treatment options.
• Direct and support daily delivery of safe dialysis care with the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and respond to emergencies.
• Lead and train Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs and RNs as assigned.
• Ensure correct lab collection procedures are followed.

Conhecimentos

Entry level RN (<2 years nephrology)

Hemodialysis experience (preferred)

State RN licensure
