Qualifications

5+ years of Field Service experience in the Medical Equipment Industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, or AS degree with equivalent experience.
Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams, develop talent, and achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and occasional to Mexico.

Responsibilities

Ensure Tablo system SLA adherence and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Oversee training and field mentorship to meet KPI scores and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quarterly field visits to coach and supervise Field Service Engineers.
Manage relationships with Sales and key customers to ensure outstanding service.
Lead projects to improve processes and workforce knowledge.
