Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Clinical Specialist to oversee in-center hemodialysis operations across multiple clinics. The role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvements through collaboration with Quality, Operations and Home Therapies leadership.

The candidate should bring RN/LVN licensure, 5+ years of dialysis experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This role requires driving best practices and staff development across the network.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
• Extensive knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations governing ESRD facilities; previous dialysis management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality and regulatory excellence initiatives across facilities.
• Mentor staff and coordinate education and competency development.
• Collaborate with Home Therapies leadership to align modalities across programs.
