Satellite Healthcare seeks a Clinical Specialist to oversee the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of in-center hemodialysis across a geographic region. You will monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to federal, state, and local standards, guiding teams toward best practices that enhance safety and outcomes.

The role emphasizes education, QAPI participation, and collaboration with Home Therapies leadership to align policies across modalities.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• CNN/CHN certification within two years preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire; Trainer may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with quality teams to implement practices that improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Ensure clinical processes comply with regulations and company policy; stay current on laws.
• Develop and monitor quality-of-care processes and corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal reviews; ensure timely follow-up on audit findings and surveys.
• Educate staff and support continued competency across clinics.
