Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide expert oversight for in-center hemodialysis, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care across regions.

You will monitor outcomes, support education, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Home Therapies leadership. The role requires an active RN or LVN license, 5+ years in dialysis, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
• Extensive knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations governing ESRD facilities; previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• CNN/CHN certification preferred within two (2) years of accepting position; for Georgia clinics: CNN/CDN within six months.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record; ability to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality in-center hemodialysis care across an assigned region.
• Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to regulatory standards including CMS Conditions for Coverage.
• Support education and competency development for clinical staff and promote continuous improvement across modalities.
• Collaborate with Home Therapies leadership to align standards and policies across modalities.
• Promote patient safety through education on current clinical protocols and infection-prevention practices.
• Assist with clinical operational development during transitions for new or acquired clinics.
