Qualifications

• 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
• 12 months clinical nursing experience.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience.
• Must pass the Ishihara color vision test.

Responsabilités

• Manages clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Collaborates with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments and oversees Home Therapies Program.
• Maintains medical and operations records and conducts data audits.
• Manages staff scheduling and payroll and ensures timely patient care assessments and plans.
