Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a dialysis facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations. You will work with the Medical Director and staff to implement comprehensive care plans for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney disease.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with accredited nursing program.
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and CQI/quality improvement skills.
• Ability to manage staff and oversee facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Oversee facility operations, budgeting, and staffing to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge with the clinical team.
• Maintain medical and operational records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong physician relationships and regular communication with Medical Director.
• Lead CQI and QAPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety.
