Qualificações

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, Education, and Technical Services departments.
• Collaborates with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Oversees daily facility operations and ensures cost-effective facility management.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manages patient care coordination from admission to discharge with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse.
• Ensures staff training, licensure, and performance evaluations are conducted.
• Facilitates physician relationships and coordinates with Medical Directors and physicians.
