Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current state RN licensure.
• 6–8 years related nursing/clinical experience with dialysis.
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tactical execution of department objectives with staffing and budget oversight.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for direct reports and partner with HR on employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with ESRD regulatory requirements and Quality Assessment & Improvement programs.
• Oversee Home Therapies program if applicable and coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Directly supervise staff, hire and evaluate performance, and communicate policies and procedures.
