The role includes overseeing daily operations, staff development, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities to advance through leadership programs within Fresenius Medical Care.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN state licensure required.
• Experience in clinical nursing.
• Dialysis nursing experience (6 months) preferred.
• Strong leadership, management and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Demonstrated CQI/quality improvement capability.
• Ishihara color vision test passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient, compliant care.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with staff.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, and RN staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
• Maintain medical records integrity and data audits.
• Support CQI initiatives and implement improvement plans.
