Outset Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Excellence Manager to lead clinical programs and educate customers on the Tablo Hemodialysis System across California and Hawaii, with a preference for Los Angeles.

You will guide clinical education, program implementation, and performance reviews to optimize patient care and program outcomes. The role requires building strong customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and traveling up to 75% to support sites from hospital to home

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field.
• Experience with developing a business plan and financial models.
• Familiar with the health system accreditation process.
• Familiar with process and quality improvement background.
• Able to translate data and analytics into action plans.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
• Experience with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery and direct patient treatment preferred.
• National nursing certification preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical partnership with customers to drive excellence in insourced Tablo dialysis programs.
• Support customer engagement and identify opportunities for program expansion and education.
• Develop and execute Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate clinical education, training, and implementation across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing and other teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues in partnership with internal teams.
