Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking a Clinical Excellence Manager to support the California and Hawaii customer base with clinical education, program development, and training for the Tablo Hemodialysis System. The role focuses on ensuring excellence in customers’ insourced dialysis programs across acute, post-acute, and home settings.

Working with senior leaders, you will drive Clinical Business Reviews, site visits, and data-driven performance improvements while maintaining regulatory and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with developing a business plan and financial models.
• Familiarity with health system accreditation processes.
• Process and quality improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and ensure ongoing engagement and program execution.
• Support sales through customer education, implementation, adoption, and customer success.
• Provide education, Outset documentation, and guidance during clinical execution and go-lives.
• Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for Tablo Hemodialysis System.
• Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to support program adoption and improve care quality and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing, and internal teams to address customer needs.
• Escalate and assist in investigations and resolutions with internal partners.
