Job summary

The Clinical Excellence Manager at Outset Medical, Inc. provides tactical support to sales, service, clinical, and marketing with a focus on clinical application, program and clinician education, and product training for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.

You will lead Outset’s clinical partnership with customers to drive excellence in insourced Tablo dialysis programs across acute, post-acute and home environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• RN background preferred or related clinical leadership experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, supporting engagement and program execution.
• Deliver clinical education and training related to Tablo Hemodialysis System.
• Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with data presentation.
• Travel up to 75% to support customers and optimize program adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing and other teams to address customer needs.
