Job summary

National Renal Care LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in our in-center dialysis facility. The RN will supervise and support technicians, administer medications, document care, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment initiation/termination, charting in EMR, complying with policies, and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Provider certification required.
• Dialysis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to in-center dialysis patients.
• Administer medications as ordered following the 5 rights of medication administration.
• Document patient care activities and treatment data in the EMR.
• Set up hemodialysis machines and monitor equipment during treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Supervise and support dialysis technicians as assigned.
