Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a part-time Unit Clerk in Bellevue, NE. The role involves greeting patients, managing charts, and supporting clinic operations with attention to detail.

The position offers 3 eight-hour shifts starting at 7am, Sundays off, and a pay range of $19-$23 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in data-related needs and responds to data requests.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains accurate treatment statistics and reports to nursing leadership.
• Performs receptionist duties as needed (phone calls, mail, visitors).
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment.
• Pays close attention to detail and accuracy.
