Job summary

US Renal Care in Richardson, TX is seeking a Unit Clerk to support clinic operations and provide compassionate customer care for patients living with kidney disease. You will greet patients, answer phones, assist with transportation, and maintain welcoming front-desk operations.

You will handle medical records, prepare patient charts for treatments, assist with billing logs, complete forms for government agencies, manage supplies, and direct lab processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with USRC applications within 90 days of hire.
• Clerical/administrative experience is a plus.
• Healthcare/clinical setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, assist with transportation arrangements to create a welcoming front-desk environment.
• Update and maintain medical records; prepare patient records and charts for treatments; assist in auditing records for compliance.
• Enter charges and prepare billing and patient attendance logs; complete forms and reports for governmental agencies.
