Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a part-time Unit Clerk to provide essential administrative support in our Bellevue clinic. You will greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure patient charts comply with Medicare and company policies.

The role supports data management: entering treatment data, maintaining medical records, and generating reports for nurse managers. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in data related needs such as entering episodes of care and responding to data requests.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains accurate treatment statistics and provides reports.
• May perform receptionist duties including mail, calls, and visitor greetings.
• Demonstrates integrity and attention to detail.
