Responsibilities

• Enters treatment information into the MIS.
• Initiates, maintains, and completes the medical record.
• Assists in data requests from the Network or DCI.
• Prepares meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintains treatment statistics and generates reports for leadership.
• May perform receptionist duties (mail, phones, guest greeting).
• Upholds integrity and organizational values under pressure.
• Uses equipment properly and adapts to changes in the work environment.
• Pays close attention to detail and accuracy.
