Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a unit clerk in Nashville to support clinic operations. The role involves data entry into the MIS, preparing and maintaining patient records, and assisting with clerical tasks to keep the front office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Enter treatment information into the MIS.
• Maintain and complete medical records.
• Assist data related requests from Network or DCI.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes as requested.
• Maintain accurate treatment statistics and provide reports to supervisors.
• Possible receptionist duties: phones, mail, visitors.
