Satellite Healthcare in Laredo, TX is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of our dialysis clinic. This role will assume full responsibility in the absence of the Administrator and drive clinical and operational excellence.

The position requires an active RN license, dialysis experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication. You will oversee staff, ensure documentation, and support quality outcomes while coordinating patient care and schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months in dialysis.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic; assume full responsibility in the Administrator's absence.
• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and adequate staffing.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Support quality management through staff and patient education and outcomes tracking.
