Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Michigan seeks an Administrator to oversee the daily management and operation of the Dundee dialysis clinic. The administrator reports to regional leadership and drives growth, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient scheduling, implementing processes to improve patient outcomes, and leading QAPI initiatives. Must hold an RN license with dialysis experience and be proficient in MS Office and USRC systems.

Qualifications

  • Must be a full-time employee and available to clinic staff during hours of operation.
  • Current RN license in the applicable state (e.g., Michigan).
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of kidney failure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management and operation of the clinic.
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing levels.
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes and minimize missed treatments.
  • Achieve financial targets including budget, labor, and supply costs.
  • Lead quality improvement activities and QAPI meetings to meet corporate goals.
